Asking price justification
The acquisition price is based on the company's average productivity. The debt financing required for the deal can be repaid with cash flow within a repayment period of 5 years, if the buyer's self-financing share is around 20% of the total financing and the interest rate on the loan is 7%. The company has the opportunity to purchase its own shares with additional cash assets, in which case the share of the acquisition price to be paid by the buyer will be lower than the asking price.
